Scoping & Fixed Quote
We produce a written scope document and a fixed-price quote within 1–3 business days of the discovery call. You know exactly what you are getting, what it costs, and when it will be done - before signing anything.

Kickoff & Access

Common Questions
How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on scope. A cloud cost audit takes 2–4 weeks. A full Google Workspace to M365 migration takes 4–8 weeks. We give you a specific timeline in the written scope document before you commit.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. We use fixed-scope, fixed-price engagements. You know the cost upfront. There are no hourly billing surprises and no incentive on our part to drag out the work.
What if my requirements change during the project?
Changes are handled via a simple change request process. We scope the change, give you a price, and you decide whether to proceed. Your original quote is never retrospectively inflated.
Who will be working on my project?
Every engagement is assigned a named senior engineer and has direct founder (Muhammad Idrees) oversight. You will not be passed to a junior team you have never met.
