Yes. Our GRC & Compliance service covers the technical side of CCPA and CPRA: data flow mapping, consent management architecture, data subject rights workflows (access, deletion, opt-out), and vendor contract reviews for data processing agreements. We work alongside your legal counsel - we handle the technical controls, they handle the legal opinions.
Is US client data kept in the US?
Yes. For US clients we configure all cloud services with US-based data residency: AWS us-east-1/us-west-2, Azure East US / West US, GCP us-central1. We document the data residency position for every service in your environment and will not place US personal data outside the US without explicit instruction and a lawful transfer mechanism.
