Pricing

Because we think transparency is more respectful of your time than a four-email back-and-forth to get to a number. Our prices represent the floor - complex engagements cost more and we'll tell you why. You should never be surprised by an invoice from us.

Scope, complexity, and timeline. The $1,200 starting price covers a defined, well-scoped project with a clear outcome. Multi-workstream or high-complexity engagements - large migrations, multi-cloud optimisation, full GRC programmes - are quoted on scope after a discovery call.

Projects: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Retainers: invoiced monthly in advance. Audits: paid in full before the engagement begins. We invoice in USD or AED - your preference. We accept bank transfer and major cards.

We offer an audit as a natural entry point - it's a low-risk way to experience how we work before committing to an ongoing engagement. Many retainer clients start with a project or audit.

For organisations up to ~100 users, yes. Larger environments require more audit scope and are priced accordingly. We'll confirm pricing after a brief scoping call if you're unsure which bracket you fall into.

We offer a 15% discount for registered non-profit organisations. Please mention your non-profit status when enquiring and provide your registration number. The discount applies to audits and retainers; project pricing is assessed case by case.

We stop, document the change, agree a revised price in writing, and proceed only after you sign off. Nothing goes out of scope silently. If the change is minor - under 10% additional effort - we typically absorb it at no charge.

If we fail to deliver a defined milestone with no valid technical reason, we refund the proportion of the milestone payment. In practice this has never happened - we scope carefully and only commit to what we can deliver. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, completed milestone payments are retained; any unstarted milestone payments are refunded in full.
